Welcome to the Silenced No More Foundation.

We offer a peer-to-peer support network for employee whistleblowers.

Founded by a whistleblower to help other whistleblowers, the Silenced No More Foundation is the first of its kind peer-to-peer online support network for employee whistleblowers and victims of workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

We recognize that it takes incredible courage to speak truth to power and that whistleblowers play a crucial role in stopping unethical and illegal behavior in the workplace. We seek to empower employees and connect them with resources that can only be found through personal experience.

Founded by Stephanie Van de Motter, The Irvine Company Whistleblower

The Silenced No More Foundation was founded by Stephanie Van de Motter. She became the first person to win a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit against The Irvine Company, one of the most powerful real estate companies in the country owned by America's richest real estate baron, Donald Bren. Ever since then, Van de Motter made it her mission to ensure whistleblowers’ legal rights are respected by providing them with the support and information she wishes she had when she stood up against The Irvine Company.

Whistleblowers have a voice at Silenced No More Foundation.

To blow the whistle is a process, not an event.

The Silenced No More Foundation aims to fortify resilience and amplify reach among those who come forward to speak truth to power. We provide educational resources, emotional support, and help employees connect with other whistleblowers and advocates.

You are Not Alone. We’re here to help you.
